Terms of Service

The short version

You hire us to manage your Google Business Profile and your review requests, month to month. There's no contract. You can stop anytime. We'll do the work honestly and keep you in the loop.

What we do

We keep your Google Business Profile current, post updates, and send review requests to your customers after jobs. If you add a website, we'll build one designed for local search. The details of the work are whatever we agree to in writing.

What you agree to

• Give us manager access to your Google Business Profile so we can do the work.
• Give us accurate customer details when you want a review request sent.
• Pay the monthly fee on time for as long as we're working together.

No guarantees

We don't promise specific rankings, results, or timelines. Google decides how your business shows up, and a lot of it is outside anyone's control. What we promise is to do the work properly and report what changed.

Month to month

There's no contract and no long-term commitment. The service is month to month. You can cancel anytime, and we'll stop billing at the end of the current month.

Your account

You own your Google Business Profile and your customer data. We just manage it with your permission. If we part ways, your access and your information stay yours.

Liability

We're responsible for doing the work we agreed to. We're not liable for things outside our control, including how Google ranks your business, customer decisions, or changes to Google's rules.
