The short version

We keep things simple. We only collect what we need to manage your Google Business Profile and send review requests on your behalf. We don't sell your information. We don't share it with anyone outside of what the work requires.

What we collect

• Your name, email, and phone number so we can reach you about your account.
• Manager access to your Google Business Profile so we can keep it current.
• Customer contact details you give us to send review requests after a job.

How we use it

We use it to do the work you hired us for: keeping your profile complete, posting updates, and asking your customers for reviews. That's it. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't sell it to anyone.

Who sees it

Only the people doing your work. Google gets what's needed to manage your profile, and your email or text provider gets what's needed to send review requests. We don't pass your information to anyone else without a reason tied to the job.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we're working together, and for a short time after if we need it for records. If you ask us to delete it, we'll remove what we reasonably can.
